Branding: Pour Trois

Brief

Select at random a letter and a number, devise a logo from the letter and number and create a brand identity system and booklet to define the visual identity.

Approach

I analyzed the characteristics of each letter and number I was given and began thumbnail sketches, which led into computer sketches, comparisons and refinements. I completed a brand analysis and color study which led to the final signature. Finally, I sketched thumbnail page views for my brand booklet, and refined to a horizontal layout. The end became a wellness lifestyle brand titled Pour Trois, meaning for three: for the mind, for the body and for the spirit.
